Click on ' Request support action'

Fill in the form details. If you have used the support system previously you personal details should be filled in already

Please make the 'Subject' short and descriptive. Put a fuller description of the problem in the 'Details' section

You will be sent a confirmation email. To add or update the information simply reply to the email.

Click on the link in the email to track the progress of your request

Click on 'Track previous requests'

A list of your previous support requests will appear

Click on the 'Subject' to view the details for a request. Each upate to the inital request is shown. You can add a further update by clicking on 'Add Response'

What is 'Login' ?

If you are not at your usual computer you need to login for the system to recognise you.
Enter your email address and password. If you dont know your password then click on 'forgotten password' and it will be emailed to you.

Webmail service

Click here to access thorNET webmail. You can use this service to send and receive emails from any computer with an Internet connection anywhere in the world.

Email administration

Use this option to manage the mailboxes, aliases etc for your domain. You will need an admin password for the domain. If you do not have one, then raise a support request.
